Minnesota Hockey Camps
For over 35 years Chuck Grillo, currently scouting with the Pittsburgh Penguins, and Clairene Grillo have developed challenging and enjoyable training programs at Minnesota Hockey Camps. All CAMPS at MHC are taught by qualified coaches and staff. Over 300 camp alumni have played in the NHL, and many more in juniors and college. Hockey is our way of life. It is what our family does and has done for generations.
HEARTLAND HOCKEY CAMP
The Only Self Contained Privately Owned Hockey Camp In the Entire World. Unlike a typical hockey camp, Heartland has a family vacation feel to it. Yes, there’s the requisite ice arena with Jumbotron, dormitories, and weight rooms, but the 1,800 feet of lakeshore property on Portage Lake is also home to tall pine trees, rolling hills, and a freshwater stream.
Breakaway Hockey
For Mite and Squirts looking to improve their skating ability. Skating Edgework and Overspeed Skating drills will elevate each players ability to skate with more speed. Players will improve Quick Starts, Forward and Backward Crossovers, Power Turns and Pivots. Pucks will be added as players improve.
Top Dog Hockey
Top Dog Hockey has planned its greatest summer ever. We have added more programs, planned more off-ice activities and have some of the nation's top instructors so you can enhance your game during the off-season. We are confident that you will leave our programs with a great experience and improved skills.
