Florida Panthers Summer Hockey Schools
Each summer the Florida Panthers hold hockey schools at incredible ICE. These weekly schools are geared to improve skills and participants share the ice with their NHL idols for their instruction. These structured schools teach players all aspects of the game including basic fundamentals, offensive and defensive skills, and goaltending all in a fun filled environment.The Florida Panthers Summer Hockey Schools are offering four unique camps at incredible ICE this summer.
Turcotte Stickhandling Hockey School
In hockey, during the past several years, the emphasis has been placed on individual skills. Coaches at all levels are looking for the skilled hockey players who can control the game and contribute to the team. Having more than 40 years of experience in conducting hockey schools and also author of the book Search for the Lost Art, Réal Turcotte has designed a systematic approach in the art of stickhandling, passing and shooting that guarantees each individual an improvement in their skills.
Top Gun Hockey School
Paul Tilley established Top Gun Hockey School in 1996 in South Florida. Paul and Ted Dent became partners in 1997. Top Gun has been in South Florida since the summer of 2000 directing camps at Incredible Ice for every summer since then. This will be our 10th summer at Incredible Ice and we have had tremendous success in this area because of the program we developed and the fun, but yet disciplined approach we take to the rink everyday when teaching our students.
